Christmas support

It’s time to start planning your Christmas break. We’re doing that here at SuiteFiles. Over the upcoming Christmas period we’ll be providing essential support services only - this means support for “severity one” issues such as the service being down. While all support questions are important other issues will be addressed when we return to the office in 2019.

So, here’s what you can expect from the team over the Christmas and new year period…

  • Support for severity one issues only from Saturday 22 December 2018 through until Sunday 6 January 2019 (inclusive),

  • The last migrations for 2018 will be run over the weekend of the 15th and 16th of December,

  • The first migrations for 2019 will be run over the weekend of the 12th and 13th of January.

This doesn’t mean we don’t want you to submit tickets over this time, it just means you won’t get a response to non-urgent issues until the new year.

The vast majority of our clients have a good break over this period and it’s a chance for our team to do the same, recharge the batteries and come back in 2019 all fired up for another big year at SuiteFiles.
